Events and Parties: We ask for your understanding that events and parties of any kind are not permitted in our property. We want to ensure the peace and comfort of all guests and neighbors.
Smoking ban: To ensure a pleasant indoor climate for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
Quiet hours: To ensure all guests have a restful night's sleep, we kindly ask you to keep your noise to a minimum and maintain quiet from 8:00 PM at the latest. We ask for mutual consideration, especially on the terrace and in the outdoor areas.
Check-out time: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure so that we can prepare it for the next guests.
Waste separation and disposal: Please support us in separating waste. Garbage must be separated accordingly and disposed of in the designated bins in the residential complex's waste house.
