Early Bird Benefit (Full Refund): If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your arrival date, we'll refund the full booking amount without any fees. This allows you to plan early and remain flexible.
Partial refund (50%): If you need to cancel between 7 and 29 days before your arrival, we will gladly refund 50% of the booking amount.
Short-term cancellation (no refund): For cancellations less than 7 days before your arrival date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
48-Hour Cooling-Off Period (Full Refund): We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period after your booking. If you cancel within this period and your arrival date is at least 14 days away, you'll receive a full refund.
